Getting your equipment shouldn’t be arduous or difficult. At Merit Calibrations, we use a five step process to ensure your calibration service is fast, easy, accurate and reliable.
Using our online request a quote form, enter all the requested information. Upon receiving your request, we will send an email to confirm our receipt of your submission. Within 24 hours of the request an official quote will be sent to you via email.
All new customers are C.O.D. with the official quote a one-time credit card authorization form will be attached to the email. This form must be filled out and returned to the sales representative. If you would like to pay via check please notify our sales representative.
Our scheduler will contact you to schedule your equipment to be calibrated on-site at your location. Our laboratory has a 3 business day turnaround time. 24 hour laboratory rush service is also available please contact us for more details.
Any equipment that is calibrated in our laboratory will be shipped priority mail via USPS. Calibration made easy, we provide you with prepaid shipping materials to send your equipment to our laboratory. You will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the equipment along with tracking info.
